"i got this as a gift for my dad because his computer would over heat and shut down and he was worried that one day it wouldnt turn back on and that was a big problem beause it held many important documents that were irriplacable. when we first opened it, it was simple to use and effective. it instantly cooled down the computer and you could feel the difference. this was an example of money well spent. i recomend..." worse than worthless to me

"The fans on this unit suck air out from under your laptop and push it out the side. (I bought this assuming that the fans could be reversed, but they are mounted in such a way that they cannot be reversed.) For most laptops, (including HP laptops like mine) the built-in fan is a blower fan that draws air from the bottom and vents it out the side.
