This ultra wide-angle zoom lens for digital SLR cameras, with the first-ever focal length range of 10-24mm-the 35mm equivalent of 16mm ultra wide-angle to 37mm semi-wide-angle-is a perfect tool for creating dramatic landscape, cityscape,a nd seascape imagery. At the ultra wide-angle setting, you'll be able to capture vistas beyond what the eye can see. At the semi-wide-angle setting, you'll capture scenes with angles of view almost as spectacular. Only Tamron lenses imported officially by Tamron USA, Inc. and distributed by authorized Tamron USA, Inc. dealers carry a Six-Year Limited USA warranty.

Very happy with this lens!

"I use this lens for everything right now. The 10mm is a nice ultra wide angle and having the ability to go all the way up to 24 on this little lens is a great benefit. On a DX sized sensor that makes it a nice 36mm lens which is a nice plus. Because of that I can use for more subjects than what my other option was (sigma 10-20). exposure problems on Nikon D-40

"Purchased this lens for Nikon D-40 because of awesome wide-angle range, and because it was purported to work on my camera. Every time I switch from portrait to landscape or back, the exposure is about 7 stops too dark. If I shake the camera a bit the exposure comes back online, but becomes very dark again the next change in orientation. Very annoying. When the exposure works, the lens is a huge amount of fun ..."
