The Swann SW242-ADV DVR4-Advantage offers a great security starter package for your home or business. Simply install the camera at a strategic location, attach it to the back of the DVR and the recorder will immediately begin storing images to its internal 80GB hard drive. Should your surveillance needs grow, you can purchase up to three additional cameras, and use the same DVR to view and record images from all cameras simultaneously.Recording can be continuous or programmed to begin at a date and time or when triggered by motion detection. This not only saves hard drive space but also makes it easier to locate a piece of footage. Setup and operation is quick and easy, with a user-friendly GUI along with intuitively arranged front panel buttons providing fingertip access to all system controls. For even greater convenience, all DVR functions can also be accessed from a distance using the supplied handheld IR remote.
