Just plug your bedside lamp (not included) into your SunRizr and plug the simulator into a wall outlet and you will have all you need to bring dawn into your room any time you want. The SunRizr has a fixed duration dawn of 45 minutes and a (manually-started) dusk of 15 minutes, all to help restore your natural sleep cycle and to make you gain the energy you deserve.
