"i purchased this product during march, 2008, and the qualiy is good, the music is easy to download to your player, but not the video and movies, i cant figure out how to download the video,pictures, and movies to my mp3 player!! ive been at it for a months and i still cant figure out how to get it on my player!!! and its very fustraiting!!! it takes a rocket scientist to figure out the directions!! they are not ..."
