"A must have accessory for my Pro-RL flash bracket that keeps Nikon with larger lens from twisting out of place during weddings. Simple and easy to install and requiring no modifications when using D-700. I would also recommend the flash Anti-Twist plate for the SC-29 when securing the sync cord to the Pro-RL flash bracket. "The lip of the plate partially blocks access to the On/Off switch at the lower edge of the camera back. This will be unacceptable to most users (including myself.) Tiffen (Stroboframe) stated to me by phone that this product was not fully tested with the new 5D Mark II. They apparently do not have another plate planned, as camera models "change too quickly.". "Modified my quickflip to use this plate. The edge is a little sharp and can scratch the camera, but a little electrical tape solved the problem. Works Great! "

"Might not seem like much, but when you're doing a shoot and your camera is slipping left and right on the bracket, it's a real pain. Plus it can make you look like a dunce.
