"My daughter received the tv and also the dvd player for her birthday. It took two days to figure out the tv and two calls to the help line for the dvd. The problem is that with the dvd you can not access the display button to shut off the parental control so every time you watch a movie you have to re enter the password. "The first one I bought simply died after about a month. The power won't turn on. I had lost the receipt, and we still have a dvd in it so I went out and bought a new one. This one lasted about 2 years, but now it won't eject the dvd that is in there. Horrible product. "
