"The days of things lasting forever are gone and this product is a good example of that. I bought the for my 1 year old, now 2 and she had it for about 4 months, before it stopped working all together. At first it was wonderful, I loved the look and the sound,but after about a month, of everyday play, it started to sound horrible,just sounding like a cheap product. "My mother bought this cd player for my stepdaughter 2yrs ago and it still works perfectly.. She loves to listen to her cd's and plug her ipod to it. My one year old also loves it, she figured out how to turn it on and play the music in one day. I would recommend it to others "
