Where's a hammer when ya need it?

"There are products that you love at first contact and ones you hate. This calculator fell into the latter camp. From the get go I had trouble with this machine as I simply could not figure out the instructions. When are these companies going to realize that English as an 8th language does not qualify someone to write technical manuals?
