I love it, I only hate it a little

"I bought this item for X-mas last year. I absolutely love it. It's perfect. All remotes in one spot w/swivel action all neat. Wonderful. The slots aren't the same sizes... but luckily we have the right 4 remote sizes for the 4 spaces... (a fat stereo one, and regular cablevision one, and a skinny tv and ps3 remote). The problem?
