"I installed this fan on an Athlon 2200 1.8ghz CPU. Fired it up it ran 2 seconds and powered down. Thought the fan might be not running at enough RPM or something. Installed on my second machine (Same setup) and got same results. Turned out the clip was putting to much pressure and both Non replaceable CPU's were fried. Got a sorry tuff luck from both Tiger and The fan maker. Not even an offer to help in some way..." Read Full Review »

"I purchased this item to replace the OEM heatsink/fan on a P3 system (45Watt cpu). This product is superior because it has a metal clip instead of the plastic cam-lock that breaks after being exposed to heat for several years. I wouldn't recommend a heatsink/fan this small for a much larger cpu. "
