"Best buy for the money. Would not take a trip without it. Have been very pleased, no complaints. You do have to turn the volume up all the way to hear, but that is not a big deal. "This piece of junk replaced a really nice audiovox that was unfortunately stolen out of our car. Having had a good quality product makes this one look all the more shoddy. Our battery never charged, it skips so much that my daughter can not even stand to watch it, it can't be heard and the picture goes in and out. "Didn't even work coming straight out of the box! Battery never charged and IT IS VERY NOISY! IT VIBRATES AND YOU HAVE TO TURN THE VOLUME ALL THE WAY UP TO HEAR THE MOVIE! The included car/carrying case didn't even come with the velcro strap to put in onto the car's headrest! "
