The Impact Shoe Mount Bracket is a versatile bracket that will fit on almost any light stand. It includes two removable reversible studs to adapt to light stands with top studs smaller than the standard 5/8 inch. This bracket tilts and swivels to make aiming the light or flash easy. It also includes a cold shoe mount which will accept virtually any shoe-mount flash unit (except Minolta/Sony).

Great adjustable lightstand bracket

"These brackets are great! I bought two brackets to use with my light stands and Nikon speedlights. I plan to add softboxes soon. The brackets should work equally well with dedicated studio stobes and softboxes. Bracket is awesome, shoe mount not good

"Pro: The bracket it-self is machined very well of a heavy duty plastic and holds an umbrella nice and secure. No drifting backward or forward from extra weight. The bracket locks securely in place. Con:The shoe mount needs to be replaced with a better one because of its poor design its hard to lock down the flash tight enough. I had my SB800 slide out of the bracket only to hit the floor.
