"I love these and have bought pairs for gifts. I use mostly for traveling and use at the gym but sometimes I find the cord to short for gym. They make two models I like the noise canceling buds. Completely takes away the noise of the plane especially on red eyes. Only one problem the rubber bud comes off ear I think there are replacements in the package but to you think I kept them!..." "I loved this earbud set until the rubber earbud cover popped off and was lost. The covers pop off readily, which would be nice for the sake of cleaning but they come off very easily, usually stuck in my ear. Brookstone does not have replacements and if you don't have a receipt or the set is more than a year old....well then you are out of luck. "I bought this product with the idea of the retractable cord. This idea works great however when worn the weight of the retractable piece pulls the ear buds out of your ears. Completely dissapointed with this product. Would much rather tape rocks to my ears & listen to myself sing, which I can't do "
