"When I went to Europe with my band I remembered to bring everything except my headphones. Went to the brookstone store in the airport and bought these expecting them to be really bad. "I loved this earbud set until the rubber earbud cover popped off and was lost. The covers pop off readily, which would be nice for the sake of cleaning but they come off very easily, usually stuck in my ear. Brookstone does not have replacements and if you don't have a receipt or the set is more than a year old....well then you are out of luck. I would not buy this again

"I bought this for the ability to retract. This is a flimsy cord, too thin, gets tangled in the retractor. Knots up quite frequently.

This comes with 3 sizes of earpieces which fall off easily. Good sound but so are alot other earphones out there. "
