Do not buy these - the end

"The design is nice, it ends there. Poor sound quality comes from the two main speakers. I expected low quality from 2.1 speakers again in case you are wondering... when these speakers say 2.1 it means (2) speakers and (1) sub woofer for bass... you can get surround sound or 7.1 etc... in case you ever wondered what the numbers mean. Any ways - I thought Sony would be a good brand - I'm not technologically chall..." Read Full Review »

"I was suspect in buying the speakers because I really didn't want to spead the money and am really a no frills guy. The sound balances and fills up the rooms of my condo. Well worth the extra $20 bucks or so for the subwoofer. "

"I like the sound of these speakers so much, I bought this set for my second computer!! Great Sound quality....easy to set up. The only thing that I would change is the volume control...I think that I would have a knob instead of the dial. "
