"This is the best shower radio I could have bought!! I tried several cheaper brands like Jwin and they only lasted for few days. There was always a problem, either the CD player wasn't working or the radio had horrible reception. The SONY shower radio is the best out there. "I'm liking it. Controls intuitive. Good sound for this type of device. I mean seriously, have you heard the alternative shower radio!?!? It's not pretty. I know 6 other people with them. Some have had them for about 4 or 5 years so I will assume that on average they will last for a while. "
