Worst Experience with Sony Ever

"This experience with Sony makes me question the entire brand promise of Sony. I have always been a loyal Sony customer. They disabled the PS2 game playback feature on PS3 when it was enabled last year. I have too much invested in my PS2 library to not be backwards compatible. "Just so anyone looking at it knows, this particular model of PS3 does NOT play PS2 games. This is a mistake by Best Buy, and although it is a flagrant error, it is an understandable mistake.
