"I bought this after doing some research and am happy I went with a trusted name brand, HOWEVER, the installation was a MAJOR pain. Since its a refurbished product, the "template" that comes with it for "easy installation" was MAJORLY off. It looked like someone made a photocopy of the original and shrunk it down about 30%. "I was not aware this item was refurbished, as I discovered the sticker labeled "refurbished". When taking the item out of the box, I could hear part (s) rattling around inside. At first, I was unable to open the CD drawer and then once open, was unable to close it. Those kinks have been worked out and it appears that the item functions decently enough...."
