Sony's DVP-NS57P/B is a versatile DVD player with many features at an affordable price. It delivers excellent picture and sound quality so you get the most out of your movies. The Precision Drive 3 system allows you to playback some DVDs that may have been damaged or warped without degradation of picture quality. Though it's an excellent DVD player, it can also be used as your CD or MP3 player. For gatherings, use it to share photos with friends and families. Dont waist your money

"If you are just going to play store bought/rented movies then this is a nice little unit. If you are going to play any DVD +- R/RW then prepare yourself for a lot of frustration. All DVD +- R/RW take forever to load and half won't load with errors like "disc dirty", "no audio/video".
