"This is absloutley the best poratble dvd player u can buy! The sound is louder that all the rest; I tested them at another store where they had all of them on display and u could listen. No need for earplugs, if the whole family wants to hear it on road trips. So everyone can enjoy at the same time. Some other brands you cna hardly hear at all. "I was very disappointed in the short life after researching the reviews before purchase. Thank goodness I bought the extended warrenty. This is a must with DVD players. I also didn't like the fact that the fast forward would not work directly on the unit. Only with the remote. I am not replacing the Sony with the same player. Looking at the Toshiba 9 inch...."
