"I am a custom A/V retailer. I install many of these players in customer's homes. We find the reliability and ease of use one of the biggest draws towards this equipment. Many of my customers have extensive DVD and CD based music libraries. This player gives a place to park these disks, and provides fast access to them. "The picture and sound quality, as well as the connectivity options are what you would expect of Sony. Two strong recommendations for Sony are to improve the automated titling. I loaded 50 DVDs and 150 CDs into my new unit yesterday evening. After 3+ hours of evaluating my media, the device detected and labeled 13 of the 200.
