"My friends all have IPODS with 8 Gigs of storage space and I have the previous version of this Sony MP3 player with 1 gigs of storage space. They tell me they have x amounts of songs and they are almost full. a little disappointed

"I loaded about 300 songs on this unit and set it on shuffle for the workday. About an hour or so into it, it began repeating songs, which was a little irritating because I knew it had a lot more to play. So I would hit the forward button to skip to the next, but it would often just forward through the track, requiring pressing the button multiple times. Sort of distracting. "Nice for the money. Easy to use, reliable. Controls are kinda close together tho...there is no place to grab the darned thing and no one seems to carry cases for it, so there is nowhere to hang it.

"The best part about this device is that it requires absolutely no software to work. Simply plug it in and drag/drop files unto it. Sound quality is great for the price and UI is good. Only complaint is that "shuffle" feature could use some work (repeats songs). "
