"This product is great if you love Wii Fit step aerobics. It makes the workout way more intense. My heart was pounding after the basic step aerobics when using this. Before, it took 2 times on advanced step aerobics to get that kind of heart rate.

"This does enhance the step areobic workout. The only con I see is that it skews the weight measurement. It does make the workout more challenging. It's easy to use and is well worth the money. "i work out with the wii fit and the lift raises the step higher which gives me a better workout and i lose more in my thigh area then just using the step alone "
