"I use a SV A100 as a simple video light, CFL "bright white" bulbs give me soft light without heat or high current drain on location. The PL-10 was to supplement the A100, but I found out the socket is 2" too far inset inside the hoursing. This is because of the shape of the bulb it's made for.
