"This product promises over a thousand channels, your lucky if you get a handful. You get many pop ups stating that you are not connected to the internet or the station is not broadcasting. I thought FOX broadcasts 24 hours a day!

"I've gotten this software to work only twice. My hardware and firewall meet the requirements for this product and seem to be set properly. It will not update either. I've tried contacting customer service, however they remain unavailable... Waste of time and money. "
