"I bought the receiver for a Yacht club A/V theater system. We hooked DirecTv and a Blue Ray player to the HDMI switch on the receiver and then had a HDMI splitter that sent the AV signal to both a HD projector and a 46" HDTV. Now we have a one switch control of the entire system. "
