IR Input
Allows a remote sensor to be added to the player, only the sensor needs to be exposed and the main unit can be placed in a hidden cabinet out of sight for a custom installed installation.

"BD-HP50U by Sharp is overall a very good unit. Its main problem is that it needs upgrade software which is not available in a timely matter (for recently released BlueRay DVD such as Narnia 2, the upgrade software is still not available on 1-1-09). Its disc reading is somewhat slow but acceptable.
