"Sharp claims fast load times with quick load.It took 4 minutes to load and start playing Valkyrie on Blu-ray.Thats not fast to me.The fastest time for Blu-ray play from insert to start was 2 minutes.And standard dvd was 50 seconds.You try and udate firmware and all you get is firmware error.I've don …" Read Full Review »

"Very good with the Aquos 52" LCD. The picture is excellent with both Blu-Ray and Regular DVDs. Sound is exceptional with a HDMI cable. I would recommend.

Only problem is no wi-fi connection for upgrades or Blu-Ray Live content. "

"I bought this to use with a Sharp LCD TV due to Aquos capability. Do not have anything to compare it with. Performs well. Excellent Picture and Sound. My only problem is how long it takes to start a movie.
