"First of all we were die-hard Samsung owners until we got this home. The Sharp is way underrated... There is no better picture period for complete exact color - sharpness - contrast - and film/digital representation. This tv out of the box in our from room blew us away. "1/4 of the screen is "dead" after setup straight out of mfg box. Received TV late Thur 11-21 looks good out of box; Set up 11-22 am and 1/4 of the screen does not work! "I bought this tv because it has low input lag and is good for playing games. In the Game mode, 1080p, over hdmi, I couldn't see any input lag playing Splosion Man, and I'm hyper sensitive to delay. Without Game Mode on, it sucks.
