"I needed to order this product for a spanish class I am taking where we need to record ourselves speaking in spanish. I just plugged it in and it worked fine. My only complaint is it did not come with any instructions on plugging it into your computer. The mic pics up lots of room noise and for that reason sennheiser lowered it's treble response: the result is that the person on the other end can't hear your enunciation very clearly: not a good thing when you're travelling and still want to present a professional face. "Small and relatively flat, fits easily into my computer bag vs the over-the-head biaural types that bulged in my suitcase.
Sound quality is good, mic pickup is very strong, cord is plenty long. Ear pieces for left and right. Inline volume and mute.
