Good Drive but software needs work

"The Black Armour drive is much quieter than the WD drive it replaced that had crashed. The included software has many nice features, but I have not used it preferring to continue to use Norton Save and Restore. The included Seagate software is locked into the drive with a license/copy protection scheme that apparently won't let you restore to hardware that is too different. NOT hardware encrypted! No Support!

"First the bad & ridiculous: 1. NOT hardware-based encrypted. Not even "on the fly" SOFTWARE encryption. Only encryption is with Acronis backup program, that's it. Otherwise, just an external drive like any other. Black Armor my buttocks... 2. BlackArmor software (Acronis) will NOT WORK with Windows 7 RC Build 7100.
