"I have been unhappy with my 2 other headsets I use with the cordless phone, but when I tested all three with a friend, when I used the Sanyo he said "throw it away". The other two dropped the volume to 70% and 50% of normal, but the Sanyo dropped it to about 10%. Unusable. "

"Does not adapt well into the ear. Continues to fall out. Product should have been better designed to fit into the ear canal. Due to this at times the sound is not loud enough. Also, the mike boom is flexible so that it has to be adjusted each time the headset is placed in the ear. "
