"I have tried & tried to get this thing loaded w/songs for my son. It's not compatible w/itunes or Napster. Then tried Rhapsody-it is supposedly compatible but still won't load. Tech @ Rhapsody said it sounds defective. It does play radio stations well though. It's going back to Overstock! "
