"I am disappointed in the product I bought. I own a Sandisk 2GB Sansa and I wanted to upgrade the memory to the 4GB. The 2GB works with some video downloads not all but it's perfect on battery life. After about 12hrs of constant music use, I would have to recharge. The 4GB works better than the 2GB when it comes to storage and it can hold whole videos perfectly.
