"i bought this to store installation software and Quicken data backups. Alway mounts a CD image plus the ram disc. CD has pc software. Can't be erased so far. Data corrupted twice the first night when dragging installation apps from main drive to Micro 4GB. Had to replace the two installers, but ok the second time.
