Poor picture, horrid audio

"We bought one and am sorely disappointed with the picture quality. I have crisper, sharper images on a cheap Polaroid LCD and the old Sony WEGA looks fantastic. The in store display looked crisp and sharp and they were showing Goldfinger from cable. Also, the audio out jack on this Luxia 6000 46" is defective out of the box.
