"I selected this phone due to (1) size, (2) low price, and (3) easy to check my Yahoo and Google emails with T-Mobile T-Zones. The only back side is that this phone is uneasy to use for calling card calls when you need to dial 1-800 number, then pin, then the number. "Even though, it is advertised in the phone's description, this phone does not have "Handwriting Recognition"!!! This is not a perfect phone, but given the price, its very good. Compare to other similar priced phones and you will see. 5 star rating is for feature versus price.
