"I am happy with this product and I would buy it again. The sound is adequate for my needs and setup was easy. I did have some difficulty initially getting it to interface with my Samsung TV and the included manual is of little use. An email to Samsung got a quick response and addressed the issue. "Initially, this was a great addition to our 46" Samsung LCD (purchased at the same time), looks great, sounds phenominal, was relatively easy to install (I did it myself). However, it's now six months later and the DVD player is toast. Doesn't matter if I've got a brand new DVD or an old one, it just keeps getting stuck in "LOADING" mode and never loads... "I had to take away two stars because of the poor menu system. To adjust, or tweek the sound, you must leave the TV and load the theater's menu. Gerrrr!The actual hardware performs very good and is well built. If they fix the interface, they get the other two stars.[...] "
