"I've had this DVD recorder now for a few weeks and really like it. Both the VHS and DVD player and recorder functions work very well. I was able to pretty much plug it in and have it going in minutes. Unlike a lot of manuals that accompany products, this one seemed to be pretty easy to follow. "I have had this unit for a little over a year. I had three VCR tapes from a European vacation taken several years ago. There were many gaps and parts that I wanted to edit out of each tape and wanted to reduced the three tapes to one DVD.
