"I purchased this DVD player for half price with a new Samsung HDTV and it worked great for about 28 days before it died. I took it back and had it replaced and this time bought a replacement plan on it. A month later and the second one has just started acting up due to overheating. Set-up was easy, good menu structure easy to see and read. Nice design. Touch controls located on top of the player worked flawlessly. Quiet and smooth operating load tray. After putting in a DVD, the player turned on the TV and set it to the right HDMI input. Picture quality and sound is good
