"I just got this camera yesterday, but used it for about 75 shots last night at an function. I have yet to really delve into all of the functions that it has (A vast array evidently, LOL!) however I do know the pictures that I took are really amazing to me. "It's wonderful to have such a wide angle lens but the image quality is poor - way too much processing going on. Color balance is good (once you've tweaked the settings) but resolution is poor and textures are mushy. Out of the box the camera creates bizarrely over-saturated pix.
