"The lack of a adjustable neck on this model vs other samsung model's is not the products fault, more of a matter of greed by samsung. The "auto" adjust feature is hit and miss but if it miss usually just another touch of the function button fixes it. "I bought this when my tube monitor died. My computer does not have a digital port so I can only use the analog input to the monitor. The software optimization disk that came with it will only go so far in English then it launches into Chinese. The picture is ok but it looks much more distorted than my old tube monitor...."
