"Its the new 81 series so they may be having problems. Screen went to a "pink screen" with no more picture after 1 day (possibly a bad board according to Samsung rep). [...] said I had to have an authorized tech look at it. The only problem is that there is only 1 Samsung authorized technician in this area and they are 3 weeks behind! So, can't watch the new Samsung for another week (maybe) and its been two weeks..." Read Full Review »

"There was no problems setting it up. I own 3 different sizes from the same manufacturer, so I am use to the menu. First time users may find it challenging. You have to cycle through different steps to get to where you want. But with practice, it gets to be second nature.
