"I love this TV, and paid $1,430 the week before X'Mas, which made it an incredible value! This replaced my 3-year old 42" 480p Panasonic Plasma, which had slightly beter contrast and blacks, but always seemed to be just a little off as far as color accuracy. "This TV has it's pro's, without a doubt. But the main con, that I and I'm sure no one else is willing to deal with is picture quality. "I bought this TV because of the Price and the Dynamic contrast ratio which was higher than the 550 model. The downside was that I had to calibrate the TV setting properly.
