"This is a beautiful plasma display for the money. I've calibrated the TV with a colorometer and software, and find that the picture is excellent with very natural skintones and beautiful colors. The TV's sound is average. The analog audio output jack is a nice feature, one that I need for my whole house audio, but it is not variable output. "The HD quality is excelent and the standard digital and analog picture is good but could be better if this tv had componant video connections. With out componant video you can not take advantage of the progressive scan capabilities of most non HD dvd players also most cable and satelite boxes you have the componant video option for connecting to your tv .
