"I have had a horrible experience with this TV. I have a laser line running vertically through the screen and many cases of burn -in. I paid [$] for the television and it will cost me [$]to repair. "this is a great flat panel. i have a 37 inch lg lcd . i prefer the samsung plasma. 60,000 hrs is a long burnout time.. i always thought samsung was lower end, the salesperson proved me wrong. they definetaly have a winner here. "
