Incredible picture, a bit pricey

"Let me start off by saying the picture on this is incredible. Crystal-clear. It also works great as a computer monitor (although you will want to turn the contrast down as it defaults to 100 which produces ghosting with text). "i called samsung to see what they would do and they said theyd call me back within 24-48 hrs and i had to call them back 2 weeks later and then i called back july 7 and then july 9th is when i finally talked to the right dept. and they said they are going to send me a replacement but it has to be approved 1st [...]..."
