"If not for the down firing speakers that sound terrible I would rate this TV a 5 .
Picture is very , very good . Tv is slim ,nice looking and has lots of various connections , including 3 HDMI's .
Out of the box it took me about 45 minutes to hook it up to my HD cable box and a Yamaha Dolby receiver
