"I just received my video cards, installed them and the software. To begin with, the batteries the packaging says are supposed to be included are missing on both boxes that I bought. The TV card shown is somewhat different from the one I ordered. Most of the remote functions do not work. The option to install teletext program does not come on nor can I find it on the software CD.
