"I ordered 2 of these phones on a Sunday and they were delivered on Wednesday. Great turnaround. One thing that was listed is that it doesn't come with a manual, but it is over 100 pages to print out on Blackberry's website. "I have to say that after you get use to the blackberry it becomes a little easier to work but it's still a challenge. When the phone is ringing while in the hoister several times i've missed a call because the ringer isn't loud enough and not to mention how difficult it can be to pull out the hoister to answer. would I recommend this product to a friend?.......... probably not...."
